PILATES

Pilates and can help a wide range of injuries in particular back and neck pain.

Pilates can improve flexibility, balance and co-ordination whilst building strength, control and endurance. The basis of Pilates involves exercises which work on breathing, postural alignment and building strong core muscles.

The APPI pilates system has exercises that range from beginner right through to advanced therefore anyone of any age or ability can have a pilates programme specially designed and modified for them by the experienced physios at Body Wise Health.
